The save button only saves information to the ISO specific to that tab (saving on the Deck Leader Abilities tab will only save changes related to Deck Leader Abilities). Once the ISO is loaded you'll have access to all the different tabs and forms used to modify the game. This must be the NTSC-U (North American) version of the game, NTSC-J (Japanese) and PAL versions will not work. Upon starting the program, you'll be prompted to select an ISO of game. This tool currently only works on Windows with no plans of porting it to other platforms. It also provides a list of all the cards available in the game. All monsters are intended to have this exact equation with the exception of a few cards (that were presumably mistakes). Dragon has an attack of 2400 and a defense of 2000 a total of 4400 points, which when multiplied by 0.01 give the card its deck cost. It has a list of the decks that are available at the start of the game and also list most of the cards that your opponents have. Monsters follow a general rule of thumb when it comes to deck cost - Attack + Defense x 0.01.
